If you are ever not satisfied with the freshness of your purchase, call us at 1-800-KABLOOM and we will gladly replace it at no charge. This guarantee is valid for 5 days from the date of delivery. Quality claims must be reported within 5 days from the date of delivery.
If your florist delivered flowers were not delivered or attempted on the day that you requested then your delivery fee can be waived. (This does not include deliveries for Saturdays or Sundays because service is not available in all areas on Saturdays/Sundays.)
Due to the nature of florist delivered products, we are unable to cancel an order once it has already been sent out to a florist delivery. To cancel an order that has not been processed please call 1-800-KaBloom.
Weather: KaBloom.com is not responsible for delays in delivery of florist-delivered or shipped products caused by severe weather conditions or other acts of God and cannot reimburse delivery fees on such orders.
In the event a shipped product may be enjoyed as soon as possible by arriving earlier than the specified delivery date, we are unable to offer a discount.
In the event that a shipped product arrives late and delivery has not been attempted we may offer a discount equal to the difference in shipping. (Example: If a package is sent next day and arrives in 2 days then a credit could be given for the difference in cost between 2 day and next day delivery)
We are not responsible for flowers or shipped gifts that are left in an office overnight where heat can become an issue.
